Delivery in Bulgaria
Orders ship from our Bulgarian stock with Econt or Speedy. Delivery is free on orders over EUR 60. Cash on delivery is available at checkout. Most orders leave the same working day when placed before mid-afternoon.
How we pack
Carded pieces travel in a rigid protector inside a boxed mailer, never a padded envelope – a bent card is a damaged collectible. Sealed cases ship in their original shipping carton.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind on any unopened item, and we refund the item price once it is back with us. Sealed cases must come back sealed; once a case is opened it cannot be returned, because the contents are the product.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the outer packaging and the item before unpacking further and email support@hotrare64.com within 48 hours. We replace or refund – your choice – and we deal with the carrier.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items show an ETA on the product page. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any point before it ships.
